Is it free to watch?
Free to watch. No ticket needed for spectators and families.
What time does it run?
Saturday, December 12, 2026, 9 AM – 5:30 PM. See the Schedule page for the full day.
Where is it?
Southside Community Gym, Richmond, VA. The Venue page has parking, directions, and hotels.
Competing
What divisions are there?
Individual Freestyle, Team Routine, Numbers Endurance, Juggling Battle, Showcase. The Register page lists each one's routine length and entry fee.
How is it judged?
A panel scores freestyle and team routines on the criteria on the Rules page. Numbers Endurance counts your catches, the battle goes to the last one juggling, and the Showcase isn't judged.
Is the ceiling high enough?
The Venue page describes the space. Planning very high throws? Email contest@example.org and we'll tell you the ceiling height.
Do I need to send music?
For Individual Freestyle, Team Routine, and the Showcase, yes: send your track by Tue, Dec 8, 2026. The battle uses house music, and Numbers Endurance has none.
Can I use clubs, rings, or other props?
Yes. Any props are welcome except fire, knives, and other sharp or burning props. Tell us your props when you register, or email contest@example.org if you're not sure.
Can I compete in more than one division?
Yes. Registration is charged per division, unless the Register page lists a combo price.
What's the refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable once payment clears, except for documented medical emergencies, duplicate charges, or a cancelled division. See Terms.
I've never competed. Should I?
Yes! The Showcase is a friendly first stage, and Numbers Endurance only needs your best run.
Getting Involved
Can I volunteer?
Yes, please. Email contest@example.org. We need help with check-in, judging, stage, music, and setup.
How do I become a sponsor?
