Each toy is judged only against the same toy. Artistic Performance is judged on artistry, so every toy shares it. The Rules page explains how.

What to Bring
Bring your own toys, and spares for anything that can break or wear out.
- Yo-yo and diabolo: spare string already cut to length.
- Kendama: a spare string, and tape if you use it.
- Spin top: spare strings and closed-toe shoes.
- Your music on your phone as a backup, if your division uses your own track.
