Battle Rules
A friendly, low-pressure trick battle. No clickers, no deductions. Just your best tricks and a fun crowd.
How a Battle Works
- Two players face off. A coin flip decides who goes first.
- Each player gets a round (length listed with each division) to show their best tricks, then the other player goes.
- Two rounds each. Then the judges, or the crowd, vote.
- Winners advance through the bracket until one is left.
Judging
- Three judges vote on difficulty, cleanness, and style. Majority wins.
- In a crowd vote, the loudest cheer wins. Judges break ties.
- Judge decisions are final, and good sportsmanship counts.
Equipment & Safety
- Any skill toy is welcome. Bring spares.
- Look before you throw. Keep looping, offstring, and tosses in the battle space.
- Check your string before you start.
Music
- We play a house playlist during battles. No music to send.
