When and Where
When: Meeting schedule to be announced. Where: Dumfries VA.
What Happens
A meeting runs about an hour, with a hands-on activity your child can jump right into. No experience needed.
What to Wear and Bring
Comfortable clothes your child can move around in. No uniform is needed to visit, and there is nothing to buy.
Who Comes
Your child and a parent or guardian. Visiting is free; bring your questions for the leaders.

Register through Girl Scouts of the USA and ask to be placed in our troop.
Who Can Join
Kids in kindergarten through 12th grade. All girls are welcome. Girls in kindergarten through 5th grade at Covington-Harper Elementary School.
Cost
Includes the annual Girl Scouts membership plus troop dues (to be announced). Financial assistance is available through Girl Scouts Nation's Capital — cost should never keep a girl from joining. Financial help is available.
What to Wear
Girl Scouts wear a vest or sash for their level to display badges and pins. Ask us what your Girl Scout needs.
