Player Safety
- Every coach and volunteer completes abuse-prevention training and a background check before working with players.
- Two adults are present at every practice and game. No adult is ever alone with a player who isn't their own child.
- Coaches learn the signs of a concussion. Any player with a suspected head injury sits out until a health care provider clears them. Heading the ball isn't part of practice or games for our youngest players.
- We post photos of players only with written permission from a parent or guardian, and never with a player's full name.
