Learn to Juggle
Juggling is mostly throwing. Good throws make easy catches. Start here, then come to a meetup and we'll help in person.
Start Here
One Ball
Toss one ball from hand to hand in an arc that peaks about eye level. Get it smooth and even before adding another.
Two-Ball Exchange
Toss one. When it peaks, toss the other underneath it. Catch, catch, stop. That's the whole pattern in miniature.
Three-Ball Cascade
Start with two balls in your dominant hand. Keep throwing on each peak. Drops are part of it, so practice by a wall or a bed.
Try Flow Props
Poi, staff, and hoop are about smooth motion, not catches. Start slow, with soft practice poi or a light hoop.
