About us
Yo-Yos Build More Than Tricks
A free after-school yo-yo club for kids ages 7 to 14 at the Oak Hill Library. Loaner yo-yos provided.
Oak Hill Library Yo-Yo Club is a yo-yo program for kids ages 7 to 14. Every session, kids learn new tricks, check them off their list, and cheer each other on. No experience needed.
Yo-yos teach patience, focus, and confidence. Every trick takes practice, and every kid can see their own progress. We provide loaner yo-yos and string at every session.

What We Do
Focus
One trick at a time. Kids learn to slow down, try again, and stick with it.
Progress
A trick checklist on the wall. Every box checked is a win.
Confidence
Show a trick to the group. Teach a friend. Kids love being the expert.
Friends
Kids of different ages learning together and helping each other.
Keeping Kids Safe
- At least two screened, trained adults are at every session. No adult is ever alone with a child who isn't their own.
- Kids are signed in and signed out by a parent, guardian, or approved adult.
- Yo-yo safety comes first: give each other room, check strings before throwing, and never swing a yo-yo near anyone's face.
- Parents and guardians are always welcome to watch or join in.
