Privacy & Photo Policy
How this website handles your information, and how we protect our Scouts online.
What This Website Collects
Nothing directly. This site has no sign-up forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking code.
A few outside services are involved in showing the site:
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) for security, under the GitHub Privacy Statement.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser requests font files from Google.
- Google Calendar powers the calendar on the Calendar page. Both Google services fall under the Google Privacy Policy.
When You Email Us
If you write to admin@pack1125.org, we use your name, email, and anything you share only to answer you and run pack activities. We never sell or share it outside the pack, our chartered organization, or our council.
Youth Protection & Photos
Pack 1125 follows Scouting America's Youth Protection and digital privacy guidelines:
- We post photos of Scouts only with written permission from a parent or guardian.
- We never publish a Scout's full name, school, or contact details with a photo.
- Adult leaders' names and contact details appear only with that leader's OK.
- Want a photo removed? Email admin@pack1125.org and we'll take it down promptly.
