How this website handles information, and how we keep meetups safe.
What This Website Collects
Nothing. This site has no sign-up forms, cookies, analytics, ads, or tracking. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log basic technical data for security under the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Links to shops, social media, and other sites follow those sites' own privacy policies.
When You Email Us
We use your name, email, and anything you share only to answer you and run club activities. We never sell or share it.
Keeping Meetups Safe
- Kids are welcome. Younger kids need a parent or guardian with them. A parent or guardian is responsible for their own child at every meetup.
- Club volunteers never take kids anywhere away from the group or the meetup space.
- Give everyone room. Look around before a big trick, and check your gear before you play.
- Kendama: swings and juggles need room. Check around you first, and replace a frayed string before it snaps and sends the tama flying.
- Spin tops: throw toward the floor, never toward people, and only on a hard floor the venue says is okay. Mats protect floors from metal tips.
- Diabolo: tosses go up, so toss only where the ceiling is high, away from lights, windows, and people. Look up before every toss.
Photos
We sometimes take photos at meetups for this website and our social media. Tell a volunteer if you or your child would rather not be photographed. We never post a child's full name, and we take photos down whenever asked.
Want a photo taken down? Email hello@example.org and we'll remove it promptly.
